Must be nice to be able to dictate a narrative like that. Also to be so annoyingly united. Whereas the opposing side is always fractured and fights amongst itself
Democrats' traditional governing methodology is consensus-based, whereas republicans' governing methodology is traditionally authoritarian.
It's slower, less efficient, and prone to reaching impasses, but ultimately it's more humanistic and healthier for civil society.
There's not really a best-of-both-worlds. Consensus or authority: which do you value more?
This doesn’t appear to be just a us politics thing though. It seems that most places have only one far right party
