I hope this is not AI because I like it, wish there was a better place to watch it than youtube but you can always use Unwatched on iOS or AdGuard elsewhere (I think that is the free one that blocks youtube ads)
It's from his official channel, so i'd assume not
And even if it were, it's still an official message.
