Not that fighting with liberals on line achieves anything, but I've moved to "the democrats won't save you" in times like these. Because an immigrant or non white or LGBTQ liberal might hear "both sides are the same" and immediately tune you out or get hostile because the Democrats weren't executing people in the streets. But "Democrats won't save you" is
completely true and factually defensible
opens up a talking point of "how can we be saved" which leads you to
the main point is we need to save ourselves.
Don't get bogged down in arguments with liberals, engage in thought provoking questions and try to lead them to ideas of what can be achieved.
