It’s really difficult to make out what’s going on in the video. Which one was it that shot him - the grey jacket guy? Was there more than one of the ICE fuckers shooting him, or just one of them?
I either read or heard something on the news earlier that he was carrying a gun (which is totally legal for him to do, don't blame him for a second), and somehow the gun fell (I'm guessing in the tussle with the pepper spraying), but did the ICE agent pick up his gun and shoot him with it, or was it a different gun, or multiple guns... I've seen two angles here, I'm not able to discern who is doing what.
In one of the videos, it looks like you can see the gun hit the ground, and then grey jacket guy kicks it off and away... but then somehow grey jacket guy walks away from the scene with a gun in his hand???? So what the fuck happened exactly?
EDIT: Got it now, it was this one:
No sure if it's the same thing but the gray jacket guy (not the one marked with an arrow, the one on his right) has a knife/baton on his belt. At one point he pulls on Alex's arm and the knife/baton falls to the ground behind him. There are other objects on the ground looking like gas cans. I don't see a gun falling to the ground.
I think the guy marked with an arrow fires the first shot. He clearly draws his gun quickly and points/presses it against Alex's back right before you can hear the first shot. The way Alex gets up and turns looks consistent. The I don't see anyone else holding a gun.
I have no idea who fires the next 3 shots. Logically it should be the same guy but you can see him taking couple of steps back holding his gun down. He then gets a proper grip on his gun and fires 5 more shots. The guy next to him fires one shot before that.
So looking at the position of all agents I would say guy with an arrow fires shots 1-4 and 6-10 but all the shots sound different (can be simply some audio encoding/phone microphones issue). From the video it really doesn't look like he fires shots 2-4 but I can't see anyone else in a position to shoot.
100% concur. If you watch the other video with the grey jacket guy, he's walking off with Alex's gun before the first shot is fired. This 100% proves it wasn't a self defense shooting and that it was a murder, and that there's actually 3 murderers if my eyes are right.
Me neither, it's really hard to tell, but I've absolutely come to the conclusion that orange arrow guy wasn't the only one. From other angles (where point of view is behind orange arrow guy) there appear to be two murderers to his left as well. I won't 100% say for certain but it appears that two OTHER firearms discharged from the videos. This is really important in de-bunking any "self defense" claims.
