These are the same guys trying to institute chatcontrol and age verification to identify everyone to every account, to Tech, that would share it with them in government. Trying to surrender their citizens to tech and "AI," they don't think they will fail because they think they will be locking down society into a dystopian surveillance state where wrongthink will be crushed, enlightenment and age of reason be damned.
Europea (continent) is not one guy or his friends (guys). It has EU in it, UK in it, some ideologically opposing countries etc. Russia is in this continent. Turkey too!

What is your point? They are trying to lock down the internet is mine. Id'ing everyone is part of that. Making this project part of that. Making it lose any appeal, a project that will fail because it's backers hate freedom.
