Completely different technology. There is no bi-directional communication like what Neuralink is attempting. No networking, no reporting, no recording. Just on-off pulses in the microseconds less than 200 times a second.

It is more of something akin to a metronome for improperly firing neurons. The patient also has full ability to turn, what looks like a pacemaker, on or off and adjust different settings.

It's a technology that's been around for more than 30 years and has been helping people with movement disorders (myself included) since.
