Standard pavement width and placement in all US neighbourhoods over a density of 2 people per square mile. Mandatory. Sick and tired of going somewhere and having to walk on a half-width token effort (which puts me in the gutter, when I'm walking with someone), or an actual god damn road, instead of a pavement. That's my single issue, thank you for coming to my TED Talk.
