Another rule for thee policy no business worth their salt can operate without Vpn tech so colour me surprised they get an exemption. Even China can't keep a handle on it... China! We can't even keep state secrets from travelling around the circle line. It's another overreach that serves 0 progress whist wasting more money and resources that could go to something more beneficial. No vpns ok I'll just rent or setup a remote computer and run wireguard or friendly wireguard aka Tailscale.

So bored of clueless legislation from short minded techno morons and sadly it won't go away with the boomers like we thought.

Every generation thinks the problems will go away when all the ignorant, reactionary old idiots die out, then half of them grow up to be ignorant, reactionary old idiots. The same with rich, self-serving assholes. They start out looking pretty normal so you don't see them until they emerge mid-life from their cocoon of ruthlessly acquired wealth.
