Yeah, you really shouldn't need a park ranger lecturing you to understand that throwing garbage wherever in a national park is bad. That said, apparently you do so maybe give those rangers their jobs back.
I wonder what kind of "trash people" are littering...
Was it there before you came? If not, take it with you. I don't understand why Leave No Trace is such a difficult concept for some. Idc if it's an apple core. If there isn't an orchard surrounding you, take it with you or at the very least bury it.
I mean that's kinda how I roll usually, just because it's the right thing to do... I'm just curious if the folks who normally visit national Parks are just tossing trash on the ground, or if it's a bunch of parasitic human beings who are taking advantage of the fact that they don't have to do the right thing cuz no one's watching...
