We know that the administration is willing to monitor social media to make problems for people who oppose the government, and I've seen a LOT of people posting potentially legally actionable things specifically relating to ICE's presence on the platform. A bunch of easily identifiable people posting things that could be legally interpreted as threats to ICE makes the DOJ very happy.

Linking from one site to another (external linking) can indirectly benefit SEO by enhancing content credibility.
