So there IS something comming out of it? maybe we can go and safe the guy from interstellar?

Stuff gets ejected all the time before it hits the Event Horizon, and then it's gone (to form a new universe inside the BH, I like to personally think). At the same time there's also Hawking Radiation, which evidently does radiate material out of the BH at a very small rate.
