Libertorrent is buggy and progress get stuck in the middle of download, Navi download is abandoned and doesn't get updates and aria2app UI is awful (doesn't keep downloaded torrents) and don't get updated.

I think that's because Android has never been particularly popular for the desktop, much less server, so for most use cases, where you want perpetual uptime, you're going to run torrent on a desktop or server, which you can manage with an Android FOSS app like transmission remote on your phone or tablet.
