UK and Netherlands being on that list is crazy. Did Trump forget ASML has a China-export ban? What would happen to the USA's stock exchanges if it was swapped for a USA ban tomorrow?
I don't think there's any chance of Netherlands, or any other European country, going against the US in any meaningful way.
They're completely neutered. The EU might as well be an extension of the US, because they're not going to provide any meaningful resistance
