I’m not going to be dragged into a conversation about exactly how many deaths or where they occurred when the article you shared was reporting on the disclosure of a previously secret diplomatic cable.
And the implications of the cable are that Alan Donald lied, but BBC sticks with it, because it's a propaganda outlet.
