Stale2000 aka u/tarrot_card was the top moderator of r/livestreamfail and used the subreddit to promote Destiny clips and snark posts against Hasan. The scam looks like some kind of lottery for "$20 million". In the video, he vows to create an "alliance" of reddit moderators to take on Spez.

Why does he...look like that? I'm having trouble figuring out what I'm seeing, the lighting he is using is messing with my head.

The video is definitely being run through an AI to 'clean up' his appearance/complexion. Strange patterns sometimes appear on the shirt when he moves. Makes him look like a wax model or a video game npc.

Oh, that's what it is! Thankyou!

It's a cheap acne clearing filter that self conscious people would use in the mid 2010's. Snapchat had this feature back then but in 2026 it looks way better than whatever this guy is using. Perhaps if he donated less money to Destiny he'd have better software than 2015 Snapchat.
