Sure it all leaves through the same pipe, but it’s not like you stand in the toilet, no one ever lays down and soaks in the toilet, most of us don’t put children in the toilet.

It's pee, not glue, it washes right off. Don't you shower with soap and water? Wouldn't that washes the pee down the drain, every single time you use it? It's basically the same method you use in the dishwasher to clean the utensils you EAT with.

My dishwasher uses high speed jets of 160° water to scour and sanitize.

Most people definitely don't clean their shower/tub every time they use it.

Water and soap coats the surfaces, rinses off and goes down the drain. It's washed good enough for pee.
