i had never heard of the thing but surely it depends right?
like if i'm playing rome total war or something then i think about it a lot obviously, but if i'm just doing whatever then basically never? unless i see an aqueduct or something, or it comes up in conversation?

Women (almost exclusively cishet from what i remember) asking their Man partners "how often do you think about the roman empire?" And filming the answers. The number of men who answered with once a day or more became an internet touchstone for a bit and so a number of people would ask their partners without filming it for reference
yeah it was kinda a thing about how you don't know what goes on in people's heads
