You trust Wikipedia, an American owned crowd sourced portal, for reliable information?
It cites the 2010 All-Russian Population Census by the Federal State Statistics Service directly, so yes. In this case I don't have any reason not to, since its from the Russian government to begin with.
It's immediately wrong because it's American.
Everything Russian is immediately correct.
Measure the length of the list of usa atrocities, and you'll understand.
