Just went to a grocery store in the twin cities. they had a security guard with a gun. just one, and he was old. I am not sure what beyond the appearance of support these businesses can do. ICE doesn't have the jurisdiction to detain or arrest citizens and yet it happens because no one seems to have an actual plan.
Retail conglomerates have donation cash to throw around and more importantly, withhold. That photo wasn’t taken in a mom and pop store. It was a Target. Home Depot and Lowes have had the same problem. Money talks.
Home Depot and Lowe’s are the only places in my area with known Flock camera installations.
They aren’t the good guys either, and you should avoid shopping there if possible.
Yes I get that but what do you want them to do? Hire a militia and tell them to shoot any one who looks like ICE? The agents I have seen around here are inches away from going full nut job and shooting into a crowd.
