Why is it that ~~rouge~~ rogue missiles never seem to hit luxury high-rise apartments or mansions?

Red paint is attracted to poor people.
I have always wondered why in the hell when I mistype *rogue my autocorrect opts for rouge. Why not rogue or rough. Rouge is not a word I ever use in a sentence outside of the rare Louisiana reference, and yet it is what it defaults to.
