It is a shame that she turns folks to stone, she has a pretty face and interesting hair. Finding someone to spend life with, has to be pretty rough for the snakegirls.

Blind people are her only option, but there's the open question if picturing her face after feeling with the fingertips triggers the effect. If yes, it's memetic and not her gaze.

Fucking perfect response, lmao. Got a good chuckle out of me man, thanks!

Seeing her reflection in a mirror is safe, so I would think the blind would be safe.

Can blind people from birth picture things?

Daniel Kish, a man with blindness, uses echolocation to navigate the world and teaches others how to do it. He had done a bit of tv stuff and I think a TED-like talk or two about blindness and perception.

I don't have any direct quotes, but you may find your answer from him.

I remember the late Ben Underwood whom had the same talent. One bit stuck with me comes to mind when Ben was walking the neighborhood with a tv reporter... "What's to my right", reporter asks. "{Click click} It's the side of a house, uh with stuff in front of it.", and Ben replies with more detail, "{click click} ...cans, yup garbage cans."

That would put the fingertips in range of the snakes though.

Canonically she turns people to stone due to being ugly, not specifically due to having snake hair!
