The words "billionaire run" imply that Russian state media is not run by billionaires.
I don't think you understood the meme at all. It is someone pearl clutching about RT, namely people like yourself on lemmy.world on c/worldnews while not understanding it is the same bullshit they are currently reading. I never said RT wasn't, in fact I'm implying they're the same.
True, it would ideally be "local bourgeoisie vs international bourgeoisie" but I worry that would make the meme less comprehensible to non-marxists
