No they didn't.
They did check, thought it was real, and release him...
But that's not always what happens, and still isn't "due process", which at this point I'm sure you don't know what it actually means.
What are you talking about?
Do you legitimately think that because one person didn't get the worst possible result, no one does?
If you heard someone drove drunk without getting a DUI, would you suddenly start telling everyone no one can get a DUI and driving drunk is safe because that one drunk didn't cause an accident?
I just asked it. I'm not from the USA, I don't follow your news. I know illegals aren't getting due process because there was quite a coverage of the first batch of deportees we received back in January. They were all chained and humiliated, and the way they were treated caused a diplomatic ruckus. However, I haven't heard about actual citizens being deported (but again, I don't really follow your news). As I said, I myself have relatives living in the USA, and of course the first thing I asked them was how things were there with ICE and shit, but they didn't mention being harassed or anything. Well, one is blue-eyed, so she is probably not getting racially profiled, but the other looks latina af - but she is also an army medic and probably carries some army ID in case she is stopped by ICE or something.
You think what you're doing is asking questions?
You literally haven't used a single question mark once...
You don't fucking understand any of what is happening, but you keep insisting that you know more. Even now that you're finally admitting you don't know what you're talking about, you immediately go back to insisting you're right
Despite me and others explaining over and over again what you're not understanding.
Just why?
What the fuck are you trying to do here if you admit you're ignorant but refuse to listen to anyone?
You just keep repeating far right talking points over and over again.
Guy says illegals won't be getting due process, reaction is that everyone won't be getting due process, I say that's not what he said and ask if that's happening (no one getting due process)... everyone mad as fuck lol
Abrego Garcia made international news, one of many examples. If everyone is insisting you're wrong, maybe try googling before your next reply.
The problem with denying due process to any group is that it can then be denied to anyone simply by claiming they're a member of that group. The implications are horrifying; the government could deport anyone it wants even if they're a citizen with ample proof that they are because the opportunity to show that proof is what the law means when it guarantees the right to due process.
People are frustrated because you don't seem to acknowledge this problem.
