Does it seem like celebs get more heat for ozempic usage more than the obvious steroid usage for roles?

Idk some see it as using it in excess due to body image issues in Hollywood but a lot it seems like its always a thinly veiled shot at the body positive movement whenever I see this mentioned. The South park episode I'm sure helped fuel this. Hell of a lot of moralizing over ozempic in general and people not losing weight the "right way". 
Facts. I'm wondering if many of em feel the same about vaccines or so. Wtf is the right way? I guess taking the bus should be panned as well since you're not travelling the right way. You need to go through purgatory. I'll say the same thing to them as I say about the work illegal immigrants do, in that situation most of em will not have the minerals for it.
And there are still so many in denial about how many use steroids. Ffs many people still bought that the rock or people like simeon panda were natty
Still in denial that for a looooot of athletes their doping methods are ahead of testing and they don't get caught. Or am I supposed to believe pogacar maintains an average speed of 42 km/h over a course well over 200km and multiple stages in tour de france naturally?
