Does it seem like celebs get more heat for ozempic usage more than the obvious steroid usage for roles?

Idk some see it as using it in excess due to body image issues in Hollywood but a lot it seems like its always a thinly veiled shot at the body positive movement whenever I see this mentioned. The South park episode I'm sure helped fuel this. Hell of a lot of moralizing over ozempic in general and people not losing weight the "right way". 
White society is so neurotic with matters involving fat. It's damn near biblical how weird it is
Person who is labelled as such is labelled lazy, stupid, lack impulse control. A lot of ones I know in my life work long grueling hours. Lazy my ass. And even if they were "lazy" this means they should be condemned to suffer?
What do people gain from this suffering?
