Or perhaps just get a pair of pants that doesn't suck? Designing a phone around womens complete lack of self awareness seems not so good, it's way to volatile.

I can see you don’t spent much time with women.

Women aren’t choosing pants with shitty pockets intentionally.

I'm not in the same boat and don't claim to be.

I use a phone with a keyboard attachment and thus my phone is too large to fit many man's trouser pockets either.

So now when I shop for trousers, I intentionally check whether my phone fits the pockets and weigh large pockets over looks.

It would be interesting if there's at least some women's trousers with large enough pockets. If there are and women in large numbers actually buy these and reject small-pocket trousers no matter the looks, I think that could get some traction.

If there's really not a single pair of trousers available, even via online shopping, that has decently sized pockets, then of course that wouldn't work.

I would guess (and this is decidedly an uneducated guess based on maybe a dozen or so women I talked with about that topic), many women do dislike small pockets, but dislike bad style, bad fit or bad looks more.

There are a few companies that go out of their way to make pants for women with pockets. Nothing at any local retailer an it sucks to buy clothes online when you can try them on, especially since women’s sizing is an absolute nightmare.

I buy men’s work out clothes so I can have pockets when I’m lounging around the house.

That's the result of women choosing it over and over again...If women got to their senses and actually started NOT buying that junk, what do you think all the big mega corps producing tons and tons of clothes will do? Continue producing same shit clothes or adapting the factories to new, more reasonable clothes?

You’re wrong about why women’s clothes don’t have pockets. Women were never given a choice to buy clothing with pockets.

Initially, pockets were not accessible in women’s clothing due to the layers they were required to wear. After the suffragette movement when liberated women began to wear pants, designers intentionally kept pockets small to prop up the purse industry.

Handbags are one of the most profitable items in the fashion industry.

So we should just not wear pants until however long it takes to happen?

Or just buy the few that actually exists. Thanks to the internet, you can order from many locations, just using a small device that fits your palm. Matter of fact, these days you can place an order with your voice in many locations as well.
