Jfyi, the bowl is still porcelain just the tank is plastic. Its also quite common in Germany

Never even imagined the possibility, and I've bought several toilets in my life. Here is Australia?

I'm in the U. S. Ours are all heavy porcelain.

New Zealand. But Australia they're common too. To be clear, its just the cistern that's plastic. The bowls are all porcelain.

They're super cheap here, so you see them in places like community halls, cafés, low end accommodation etc. Cheap to mid range homes will come with them.
