To the average Demon of the upper houses of British society, if you have no use value to be extracted by your overlord you are to be discarded like refuse.
They don't even concider their fellow man having any particular intrinsic value to the point theyd eat their own or enslave children in the poor houses, its quite easy to believe they hold as much contempt they do for humanity to that of a dog's life.
