For cuteness, I'd have to go with the basic "cat ears only" or hidden human ears, but for practicality... four cat ears, top and sides. Imagine how well you could locate sounds with those!

Although, what I really wish I had was grizzly bear ears. Now those are some cute little fuzzy ears.

That does make sense. Over-ear headphones wouldn't fit cat ears at either point. (But earbuds might still work in cat ears, and would definitely work in bear ears!) And I would love being able to use my headphones in one set of ears at the point where human ears belong, and also have working cat ears up on top of my head picking up environment noise around me, that'd be great for better situational awareness.
