Ok. So you can be in perfect health. You can run extreme marathons, swim the english channel and free climb mount everest. However you cannot use any modern conveyance. No car, no planes, no motorboats. Not even as passenger. You can ride horses, sail in ships provided they have no modern things, you can ride bikes but no busses or trains. EDITED - got a few replies so making some clarifications. This is a one time zap to perfect health and fitness and you will be predisposed to stay that way (you will like healthy eating and excersising) but its not magical and if you insist on purposely getting out of shape and unhealthy you can force yoursefl to. Your not wolverine and don't have superpowers.

On the flip side you have some sort of all access pass to transportation. busses, trains, planes, taxis, ubers, whatever. You don't get free cars or such but again all access. Even limos. However you will always be out of shape. No matter how well you eat or excersise you will be flabby and not in great shape but not so much you have medical issues. EDITED - got a few replies so making some clarifications. This will not make you any healthier than you are currently. It just makes you out of shape to a level that does not make your health situation worse and for some reason you just can't get into shape.

For me I will take the health. I like biking and cities anyway and im not big on travel anyway.

So, basically, I can get free travel, and be healthier than now? Yeah. I'll take that. I'll be traveling the world and couch surfing until I die, thanks.

with the free travel its more of wall of fitness. no matter how you try you stay out of shape but your current health otherwise remains the same. the no travel comes with a one time miracle of perfect health and fitness and your cravings and predispositions will keep you in good health if you don't just fight them to get out of shape. Like ou will enjoy excersise and healthy food.
