my points about ai get ignored despite my actual programming (also with AI) experience, do they think I'm coping with cognitive dissonance or something?

My friend said they had a new framework rolled out that has you talk to an AI agent to do your ticket for you and you can't actually write anything

I can only imagine how much that actually kills productivity. And, for that matter, costs.
