Hi, I tried to reach out to a local clinic for cryopreservation (of sperm) and they said they don't do it anymore so maybe there are other options?

Yup, best to do the preservation before starting HRT. It's the most effective.

If you already started HRT, chances are you're either reducedly fertile or temporarily/permanently infertile (the longer, the higher the chance for the last). If you haven't been on HRT for long, you have to stop taking it and then most likely 3 months after (the timeline of sperm production) you could do the thing to store it.

Not fun though, 'cus depending on whether you take testosterone or estrogen as HRT, you'll experience hot flashes (like a sort of menopause), and dysphoria and all.
