Did you install it from the repos, build from source, or run in docker?

Either docker or the repos is recommended

Once you've confirmed what method, can you access it on the laptop you're running it on by going to https://127.0.0.1:8096/ ?

Once you confirm local access, we can take a look at your firewall rules to ensure port 8096 on that laptop is reachable by other devices on your network.
