If they don't mind teenage-y stuff, She's all That and She's the Man are classics.

I haven't watched it in ages, but I remember liking Waitress. I love everything Keri Russell, so ymmv.

Does Crazy, Stupid, Love count as a rom-com? It has several couples in it.
The 40-year-old virgin is more comedy than rom, but it has some heart. Also some pretty raunchy stuff, so maybe not for parents.
