Purely theoretical, if you inherit, let's say, Elon Musk's money, and you then resurrect him. Do you have to give that money back?

No, and I wouldn't even ressurect him right away.

Id force his consciousness to play NES battletoads without break until he can beat it without cheating or warps before he can partially return to the real world.
