I left it open ended so you could choose how to answer or how specifically. I guess I should have added more of a prompt. For me I was thinking independence from big tech or consumer culture.
No man is an island. If you cut yourself off entirely, you are still sacrificing something, itβs just a different something than the things you sacrifice through engagement with capitalism. I choose on a case by case basis.
