Isn't doctor octagon part of the deltron 3030 universe?

Dan the Automator produced this album and he is in Deltron 3030.

Dr. Octagon / Kool Keith isn't on the Deltron albums though.

Ah I always thought the world Dr. Octagon and Deltron were part of a setting. It makes sense though since Dan the Automator worked on both. I never knew that!
