Pseudoscientific nonsense. Touching your feet to the earth will not electrically remove free radicals from your body, it makes no sense theoretically. Time in nature generally is the big benefit here. But walking barefoot is just putting yourself at unnecessary risk while doing it. Could lead to more slips and falls, puncture wounds, or parasites like hookworm or just ticks.
That's what I figured. Ancient man even used to wear shoes and all these woo woo types think they lived to be past 100 years old anyway.
