Well, I think she wants to protect some of the info she's figuring out. "They" can't harm her, but, eventually might be willing to kind of jail her.
…but she didn’t. She had them transcribe a message where she tells the others everything she knows about the olive oil…

…as I was saying in another thread, it’s just a little annoying that she didn’t bother to ask what the oil was for…an artificial delay for suspense. It doesn’t ruin the show…but feels contrived.
