Fake. Anyone who actually knows the process knows that there are almost zero illegals. Immigration violations are civil infractions. Like parking tickets, or not mowing your lawn.

Overstaying a visa, which accounts for more immigration violations than illegal border crossings, is a civil offense.
It’s incorrect to say that there’s almost no crime involved, but it’s definitely not all or most people who commit immigration violations.
So Melania isn't actually a criminal just a civil infractor.
