there's a very good, amazing actually, anime out this season called Tojima Kun Wants to be a Kamen Rider that would disagree with that premise

(CW: idk if it's the author's fetish or what but every female character has absolutely ginormous bazongas, also for like 5 episodes it's a running bit that the school teacher will just start changing into/out of her costume in front of people yeahhhhhh anyway it's a fun show)
