My Russian is somewhere in the bad-to-non-existent range, but я (ya) is a personal pronoun, "I".

Possibly "я боюсь" (ya boyus) "I'm afraid"?

They're saying "yebat'!", which literally means "to fuck" and practically something along the lines of "fucking hell!"
