Because we, being meticulous dutch people, recorded everyone's religion on their passport...

Thankfully, we had a few heroes!

This is exactly the reason why collecting data about race and religion of people is illegal in France since WWII.

And in the Netherlands too. We're very wary about registering religion or background even today.
