super shallow post incoming

the flies and other flying bugs are bad here especially down at the beach, I've found using cologne scented shampoo has helped somewhat

would it be too much scent/icky to also use 4711 soap and maybe some extra eucalyptus in my laundry liquid? I don't want to go the deet route and since the bugs here are clean biters I don't have a need to

You could just pour some 4711 cologne into a little plastic spritz bottle to lightly spray over your clothes. If that’s a bit expensive Florida Water (some Asian shops sell knockoffs) or rosewater might be more bang for your buck.

That might be a risk for attracting bees though
