It absolutely is a neo fascist movement, it could be something else because generally the energy that has captured people is a complete and total disdain for any of the available options which pushes them outwards to the only other available option - Nigel Farage. If you remove the fascist option from the equation they'd go to whatever the next available outsider option is (new left party), because they're willing to try ANYTHING that isn't what we've already tried.
It's definitely a fascist movement at the moment though.
