Johnson might have gone with a simple affirmative. Instead, the Louisiana Republican indignantly said, “Do I know,” and waved a Hawaiian “shaka,” or “hang loose,” sign with just the thumbs and pinkies extended. (One of his hands, however, had three fingers up.)
I was an elaborate hand signal to Katie. "I love you, call me. Don't tell Steve, he scares me."
