socialism is to let developers that fucked the housing market build more houses, and the more houses they build the more socialist it is. and when there is no more houses to build, that's communism. /s

building more houses obviously good, putting bloodsuckers on charge not so good. don't burn my ass this is not anti YIMBY or anti bad zoning laws or whatever.
