Hershel was so tired of rehearsals for the horse play. Somehow through a communication mixup, he had been roped into this project when all he really wanted was to go gallop through the pastures with his friends.
"Hershel, have you ever wanted to be on stage?"
"Neigh."
"You'll be an extra in a non-speaking role. All the hay you can eat."
"Neigh!"
"Trust me. You're gonna love it. C'mon!" And Hershel lowers his head as he's led by the brindle.
"Neigh," he says passionlessly.
