Yes, I often run in nothing but a jogging bra and a white coat and shorts over my leggings. Totally

You'd be surprised the only part I'm not buying is the coat. But I've seen a lot of women dressed exactly like that (not that it's wrong, just pointing it's fairly common where I live)

Where i live as well, during the summer this is pretty much the only getup I ever see. Except the coat, that might be a sweatshirt tied around the waist instead.
