Started about a decade ago to fight illegal border-related activities and the trafficking of both drugs and people, it has expanded over the past five years.

Charlotte isn't in that zone and they're behaving just like they are in other cities. In shocking news, the guys ignoring laws to do whatever they want don't care about this law
